Who we are
SHAM Digital Services Limited is a company in formation, based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Registration is in progress at BRELA. Contact: info@sham.co.tz.
What we collect
Only what you send us. The enquiry form on this site sends nothing itself: it opens your own email app with a draft addressed to us. If you send that email, we receive your name and email address, the topic you chose (partnership, investment, product, press or careers), the product you mentioned if any, your organisation and country if you added them, and your message. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How long
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the relationship is active, and then delete it on request.
Your rights
Write to us at info@sham.co.tz to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
Products
Each product in the portfolio publishes its own privacy notice before it collects data from users. Nothing on this site collects product data.
Changes
This policy will be reviewed and dated before the company begins operating commercially.
